Growing together.Optum Home Delivery is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Pine Brook, New Jersey pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will support the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications to members across the country while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, verify and accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerks
- Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
- Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in state of New Jersey
- Proven ability to lift 30 pounds
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PBM or Managed Care experience
- Mail Order Pharmacy experience
- High-volume Retail Pharmacy experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.00 to $79.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
