Growing together.The per diem Speech Language Therapist will be responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech-Language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Duties include evaluating, planning, directing, and treating all patients referred to Speech-Language Pathology. In this role, you will assist patients to obtain maximum performance and function in society while learning to live a routine "normal" life within the constraints of their disability. This position may also provide coverage at other affiliated locations as needed.
Location: Wilson Health
Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position can work up to 19 hours/week, providing coverage "as needed", and at least 4 hours per month. This position does not have regularly scheduled hours.
Rehab Department Hours: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:30pm. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed, basis. The Rehab Department utilizes Meditech and Maestro software systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college in Speech-Language Pathology
 - Current Ohio Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
 
Hospital Requirements (may be needed):
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
 - (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
 - Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
 - Hep B3 Series (or declination)
 - (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
 - Covid Vaccine - Full
 
Preferred Qualification:
- 1+ years of acute care experience
 
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
